Developer has plans for a 15-story Mixed-Use Tower at 5295 College Ave
These buildings (including the building with the neon artwork on its 2 domes) will be demolished according to the developer’s (Allen Construction) plans for 5295 College Ave.

When: Thursday, July 4, 2024: 11am-3pm
Where: Highland Avenue from Park Way to Piedmont Park
Enjoy 4th of July Piedmont style, with our annual:
- Parade: The fun starts at 11am!
- Picnic in the Park: Live music in Piedmont Park until 3pm.
- Pancake Breakfast: Fuel up before the parade with the Piedmont Community Service Crew.
- Neighborhood block parties Permit applications due June 27
