Signs (pithy and witty) carried at the No Kings demonstration on Broadway at Coronado on June 14, 2025

The signs displayed at this No Kings demonstration were wittier than most signs brought to a demonstration. There was a sizable contingent from the Merrill Gardens’ senior citizens’ apartments.

Contributing to the energy of this demonstration was the almost constant horn beeping of passing drivers showing their support.

There no lurking vandals with their faces covered attending only to cause damage. These acts of vandalism are featured in the news thus subverting the message the demonstration leaders are trying to convey.
