Survey for Future Usage of the Moss House

Hello Mosswood Supporters, Friends, Neighbors, and Community,

The City of Oakland Office of Parks, Recreation, and Youth Development is conducting a survey to get feedback from the community about future usage of the J. Mora Moss House located inside Mosswood park. The Moss House was built in 1864 and is a Historic Landmark owned and operated by the City of Oakland since 1912. It has been in disrepair for quite some time. The Recreation Advisory Council (RAC), Friends of Moss House (FOMH), and the Oakland Heritage Alliance (OHA) are collaborating and exploring ways to restore the Moss House so the Mosswood Park community may better utilize it. We welcome your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions!  The deadline for taking the survey is December 20, 2023.  Please take a moment and fill out the survey below. Thank you.
