These railings were put up as part of the Phase 1 of Shops at the Ridge redevelopment project in 2016.Some neighbors have commented about it. The sidewalk slope has been reduced and a handrail added to make it easier for the disabled but why the other 3 handrails? A wheelchair user would be trapped in that sidewalk area enclosed by those three railings. Are those railings there to prevent people from tripping over the raised cement boundaries?
